Maintaining a strong emphasis on freshness, efficiency, cleanliness, and organization is key to the Baker's daily responsibilities.

Food Production:

• Whips up hand-crafted yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty sweets, and a selection of baked goods.
• Crafts bakery items for breakfast on weekends to fulfill production requirements.
• Implementing and following the buffet production system diligently is essential to meet quality expectations and ensure shelf life compliance.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensures that every bakery product meets the standards of being fresh, flavorful, visually enticing, and served warm when applicable.
• Upholds quality assurance by diligently following the prescribed Golden Corral recipes and guidelines for preparation.
• Ensures precise allocation of portions and recipe yields.
• Implement the recommendations from the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide for improved productivity.

Guest Service:

• Shows kindness and politeness to patrons while aiding them in choosing from the baked goods selection.
• Shows comprehension of and compliance with job obligations related to just-in-time delivery.

Cleanliness:

• Coordinates duty schedules to achieve and maintain cleanliness, service, and quality benchmarks.
• Complies with the regulations enforced by the town health department.
