Responsibilities

• Precisely set and reset tables in the dining area according to Outback Steakhouse standards, including silverware, glassware, plates, and condiments.
• Ensure all dining surfaces, chairs, and surrounding areas are impeccably clean and organized.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the host stand and waiting areas.
• Proactively identify and address any spills or messes in the dining room, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
• Support the front-of-house team by replenishing supplies such as napkins, menus, and high chairs.
• Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations.
• Collaborate with all team members to ensure seamless and efficient dining room operations.
• Assist with light cleaning tasks in the dining area and restrooms as needed.
• Communicate effectively with servers and other staff to anticipate table needs and ensure quick turnovers.
