Role and Responsibilities of Service Shift Manager:

Service Shift Managers lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key responsibilities include

• Implementing safety measures in food production is vital to ensuring consumer confidence
• Supporting and instructing crew members on their day-to-day tasks
• Establishing solid internal communication and coordination mechanisms fosters a cohesive team dynamic across shifts
• Engaging in inventory control and placing orders necessitates monitoring stock levels and initiating the acquisition of new inventory items
• Implementing daily maintenance and cleaning procedures to uphold the restaurant's standards of hygiene and presentation
• Providing exceptional customer service experiences
• Watching over the safety and security aspects
• Administering and assisting allocated divisions with their scheduling requirements
• Reaching operational thresholds and departmental performance goals

Required Skills and Experience of Service Shift Manager:

• Previous leadership roles, particularly in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors, are advantageous for this position
• Exhibiting an encouraging demeanor, collaborating with peers, and excelling in a fast-paced setting
• Capacity to work flexible hours and different shifts as needed
• Participants must have attained 18 years of age
