Role and Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing the functions and responsibilities across different sections of the restaurant.

• Maintaining compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Availability throughout the week, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Proficiency in directing, recommending, and developing the talents of others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for success in customer service roles.
• Ability to prioritize meeting customer needs, with a strong focus on personal growth and self-awareness.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work over 45 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary range from $70,000 to $80,000, with potential for increases based on performance.
