Crafting both traditional and inventive alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, interacting with clients, and guaranteeing a memorable visit are key responsibilities of a Bartender. A Bartender's proficiency in mixology, customer service, and ability to innovate is crucial for establishing the reputation of the establishment as a premier destination for outstanding beverages.

Typical responsibilities:

• Develop a wide selection of artisanal mixed drinks, alcohol-free alternatives, and distinctive drinks with accuracy and style, incorporating premium ingredients, methods, and garnishes. Regularly invent and present novel and captivating beverage innovations.
• Enhance the customer experience by warmly receiving patrons, engaging in amiable and polished communication, and acknowledging their preferences. Provide informed suggestions and counsel according to their inclinations to ensure a customized and delightful interaction.
• Take drink orders efficiently, preparing and serving beverages with precision and care while paying close attention to detail and appearance.
• Display a comprehensive knowledge of the art of mixing drinks, spanning from timeless recipes to innovative concoctions that incorporate a diverse array of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and mixers. Stay informed about the evolving trends and progressive methods in mixology.
• Keep the bar space neat and orderly, ensuring that all glassware, tools, and utensils are sterilized and easily accessible. Follow safety measures and hygiene procedures, including the correct handling and storage of ingredients.
• The certification for safe alcohol service training is obtained upon successful participation in the training course
• Engage in close teamwork with other staff members like servers, kitchen employees, and supervisors to uphold smooth operations and a flawless patron experience. Extend help during peak times and aid in different departments of the facility as necessary.
• Efficiently handle customer payments, adhere to responsible cash management practices, and safeguard the cash register to uphold accurate records of sales, tips, and inventory for effective management and transparent financial operations.

The preferred qualifications and attributes:

• Skilled in providing comprehensive bar and wine serving expertise
• Familiarity with gourmet dining
• The ability to manually lift, manage, and convey beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds is necessary
• The ability to engage in clear communication and actively listen to superiors, colleagues, and customers is crucial.
