Role and Responsibilities:

As a Server, you will provide excellent dining experiences by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service. You will interact directly with guests, using handheld devices and your outstanding customer service skills to ensure their satisfaction from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

• Use handheld technology to efficiently input and organize guest orders for food and drinks.
• Ensure meals and beverages are delivered accurately and promptly to guests.
• Provide a warm, friendly, and attentive dining experience for all guests.
• Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house service team to maintain a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment for guests at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• A desire to grow within the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting hourly rate of $15.00, plus the potential for tips.

Work Environment:

As a Server, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, taking orders, and delivering food. Flexibility is important as you'll be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the needs of the restaurant.

Physical Demands:

This role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Servers must be able to move quickly between tables, perform food and beverage service tasks, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
