Qualifications:

• A minimum of one to two years of prior supervisory or relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Functional knowledge of essential restaurant back-office systems and a capacity to rapidly learn new computer applications.
• Physical capability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to remain standing, stoop, and maintain well-paced movement throughout the entire workday, performing all duties across kitchen and service areas.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key representative and advocate for the Chicken Salad Chick Brand.
• Partner with the General Manager to set clear performance expectations and foster an engaging workplace that ensures memorable experiences for every guest.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to all company standards, policies, and procedural guidelines across all areas of operation.
• Supervise all aspects of service to guarantee every guest receives prompt, courteous, and genuinely friendly service.
• Verify that all menu items are consistently prepared and presented in accordance with the Chicken Salad Chick quality and presentation criteria.
• Actively train, coach, and develop team members, driving towards established targets for sales, service quality, facility cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Implement proper cash handling and reconciliation procedures, maintaining secure control over all receipts.
• Step in to perform any station duty as necessary to maintain efficiency and uphold customer service excellence during peak times.
• Maintain detailed records and generate all required operational and administrative reports accurately and punctually.
• Oversee the accurate reception and storage of all product deliveries, verifying quantity and condition per established receiving protocols.
• Proactively solicit and address guest comments and feedback, taking swift action to resolve issues and celebrating positive commentary.
• Manage and reconcile inventories of food and equipment, performing regular counts to maintain precise inventory records.
• Ensure continuous compliance with all relevant health, safety, fire, security, and sanitation regulations.
• Administer company personnel policies fairly and consistently, providing appropriate corrective action when necessary for rule violations.
