The Assistant Operations Manager will be in charge of supervising the overall operations of the restaurant, from recruiting and managing a team of employees committed to delivering exceptional customer service to overseeing the financial performance of the store.

Responsibilities for Assistant Operations Manager:

• Boost financial outcomes and sales results by proficiently implementing the business plan devised by the organization
• Enhance the work environment by promoting team collaboration through successful training, communication, and relationship building among members
• Show professional conduct when communicating with clients, team members, and corporate management
• Demonstrate leadership to other team members by following state and Federal labor and health statutes and maintaining the performance and conduct criteria outlined by the Company and Dunkin brand
• Act in a manner that reflects integrity, honesty, and the willingness to take responsibility in any given situation

Requirements for Assistant Operations Manager:

• While having prior experience as a manager is preferred, it is not a compulsory qualification
• A history of employment in fast food or quick-service restaurants is a must
• Top-tier customer relations capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication expertise
• Excellent leadership skills
• Functions effectively under pressure and has the ability to handle multiple assignments
• The combination of financial literacy and analytical/problem-solving skills equips individuals with the tools needed to navigate complex financial situations competently
• A car and a legitimate Driver's License are both obligatory
• Proficiency in carrying 50 pounds
• It is essential to agree to a background screening
