Job Summary of Crew Supervisor:

This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant while delivering exceptional service to our fans. You will oversee daily restaurant functions, including managing a team of staff, training, and ensuring operational excellence in areas like inventory control, sales, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, a passion for delivering quality service, and the ability to create a fun and efficient working environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew Supervisor:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant during shifts, ensuring that quality, service, and atmosphere standards are met or exceeded.
• Assist in inventory control, cash management, and ordering supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, implementing procedures for product rotation and temperature monitoring.
• Address customer concerns promptly and efficiently, transforming any negative experience into a positive one.
• Assist the General Manager (GM) in the execution of the restaurant's business plan, including analyzing profit & loss statements and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Help develop local marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain loyal fans.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and secure working environment by maintaining sanitation standards and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide feedback to the GM regarding team performance and assist with hiring and training new staff.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew Supervisor:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management, with preference for quick service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in managing costs (COGS), labor, and inventory, ensuring profitability.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and ability to enforce these standards in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification required or must be able to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; enjoys engaging with both customers and staff.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple aspects of the business simultaneously.

Salary:

Starting salary around $40,000 per year, with opportunities for growth based on performance and tenure.
