Description:

The Service Bar Attendant at Dave & Buster's plays a critical role in supporting the entire beverage operation and ensuring smooth service across the venue. This position is focused on high-volume drink preparation and fulfilling orders for the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest receives their drinks promptly and perfectly. As a key support team member, you contribute directly to the fun, exciting atmosphere by efficiently delivering a seamless combination of drinks, food, and entertainment.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate order entry and transaction tracking is preferred.
• Must have strong verbal English communication skills to interact effectively with bartenders and servers.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly and accurately prepare all drink orders (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) requested by the service staff, adhering to strict company recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar service area throughout the shift, following all company and local sanitation and hygiene guidelines.
• Ensure all beverage orders are correctly entered into the POS system, verifying ticket accuracy before preparation.
• Support the bar team by washing glassware, restocking ice, cutting garnishes, replenishing bottle and draft beer supplies, and managing inventory.
• Immediately report any equipment malfunctions, inventory shortages, or significant operational concerns to the management team.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service protocols to ensure guest safety and compliance with all laws.
• Operate with a sense of urgency and efficiency, consistently implementing the Full hands in, Full hands out work standard.
• Collaborate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure optimal speed and quality of service.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleaning of the service bar at the end of the shift, completing all assigned sidework diligently.
• Adhere to specified uniform standards, maintaining a professional and neat appearance at all times.
• Maintain precise portioning standards for all ingredients to control costs and ensure drink consistency.
• Be available to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and holidays, in a high-volume, dynamic setting.
• Focus on internal customer satisfaction by providing the highest level of support to the entire FOH team.
• Must be able to move around the facility and remain standing for extended periods, and lift items up to 30 pounds frequently.
