Job Summary of Culinary Team Member:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Culinary Team Member:

• Serve as an ambassador for the Dairy Queen brand, maintaining professionalism in all aspects of performance.
• Greet and welcome fans enthusiastically, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Exceed fan expectations by delivering prompt and quality service.
• Quickly and accurately prepare food products according to restaurant, health, and safety standards.
• Properly operate and maintain restaurant equipment such as grills, fryers, freezers, and other cooking appliances.
• Complete preparation work for stocking and setting up the grill area.
• Address customer concerns calmly, following Dairy Queen's service recovery standards.
• Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for both customers and staff.
• Maintain a genuine passion for excellence in all aspects of the job.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Culinary Team Member:

• Ability to communicate positively with customers and co-workers throughout the shift.
• Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to handle raw, frozen, and cooked food products, ensuring proper temperature control (41-140°F).
• Knowledge of and adherence to established food handling procedures and local health regulations.
• Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, and punctuality at all times.
• Maintain a fun and positive attitude throughout the shift, contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
