Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Store Manager:

• Manage all aspects of daily operations for your store, ensuring optimal performance in financial, operational, and guest service areas.
• Lead by example by recruiting, hiring, training, and developing associates to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor financial goals, sales performance, and cost control to drive profitability and business success.
• Ensure the highest standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service are met consistently.
• Utilize marketing strategies to enhance guest experience and attract new customers.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and inventory management procedures are followed.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to associates, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Store Manager:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in restaurant management or a related leadership role.
• Serve Safe certification required.
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of the store location.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work for extended periods while standing.

Salary:

Starting at $59,000 - $78,000 per year bonuses (with potential earnings exceeding $100,000 per year).
