Responsibilities of Shift Organizer:

• Showing exceptional performance in every aspect of restaurant work, whether at the cash register or handling grill and prep tasks.
• Monitoring the shift changes, which involve both the initiation and conclusion of the store's daily activities.
• Guaranteeing that food preparation criteria are upheld, supervising employee breaks and shift turnovers, and producing reports summarizing the shift's events.

• Encouraging, advising, and helping crew members develop skills in operational tasks.

Qualification of Shift Organizer:

• Supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
• Open availability during 11am-10pm, including weekends.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods in hot or cold temperatures and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
