Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Lead you will lead your team during shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations, high customer satisfaction, and a safe, clean environment.

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards.
• Manage daily restaurant operations including cleanliness, safety, and employee performance.
• Coach and train team members to develop skills and encourage teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Support management with administrative duties and deposit handling when required.
• Promote a positive and energetic workplace culture aligned with company values.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not public transit).
• Honest, energetic, approachable, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and motivating teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
• Desire to learn and grow within the restaurant management field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or team leadership is a plus.
• Interest in advancing a career in restaurant management.
