Role and Responsibilities:

The Food Runner plays an important role in daily operations as the link between the Heart of House and the guests. You will ensure high-quality standards of food presentation and safe delivery to guests while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation practices.

• Facilitate the timely delivery of hot food to guests.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet Yard House standards.
• Support servers and kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Maintain a positive and energetic presence that enhances the guest experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests and staff.
• Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $9.00 per hour plus tips.
