Qualifications:

Prior experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, or similar Back of House (BOH) role is a plus.
Possession of a valid Food Handlers certification or the ability to acquire one promptly.

Responsibilities:

Execute all food preparation tasks to meet or surpass our established service and culinary standards, ensuring all menu items are prepared accurately, efficiently, and on time for every order.
Prepare a diverse range of food items following official Dave & Buster's recipes, specifications, and adhering to any necessary special dietary or nutritional guidelines.
Proactively monitor and manage kitchen inventory, accurately determining the necessary food and supplies to maintain seamless operations throughout service periods.
Strictly observe and enforce all proper health, sanitation, and safety procedures within the kitchen area.
Consistently uphold and exceed high standards for personal hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and professional appearance.
