Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 2 years of proven management experience
• Ability to inspire, train, and recognize successful talent
• Available to work all necessary shifts, including weekends
• Possesses strong conflict-resolution skills
• Consistent, reliable, and maintains a cheerful, positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for serving others
• Must meet all physical demands required for the role
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
