Role and Responsibilities:

As a Breakfast Cook, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve food according to Chick-fil-A's strict guidelines. You will ensure all products meet company standards for quality and hygiene while contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items in a proficient and safe manner.
• Master all sections of the kitchen, including prepping ingredients, coating foods, frying items, arranging plates, and coordinating tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Restock supplies as necessary to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Stay updated on menu changes and training protocols.
• Notify leadership promptly of any equipment issues or concerns.
• Carry out opening and closing duties as required.
• Follow all company policies on appearance and behavior.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong reliability, punctuality, and consistency are required.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused approach to service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including early shifts.
• Ability to lift 45-50 lbs as required.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
