• Deal with guest grievances in a professional, respectful, and prompt manner, show appreciation for their feedback, and extend an invitation for a return visit.
• Absorb and implement IHOP terminology, shorthand references, methodologies, and familiarity with plating and menu specifics.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating methods for managing guest checks and server cash transactions.
• Ensure all necessary items are stocked and rotated in the service zones and dining room in alignment with assigned shifts.
• Observe and abide by the health, sanitation, and safety guidelines mandated by local authorities and standard operating procedures.
