Job Summary of Lead Crew Member:

The primary responsibility of a Lead Crew Member is to maintain the company's service standards and uphold a culture of exceptional hospitality. They are tasked with assisting the management team with operational duties and ensuring that guests receive top-notch service during their visit. This role requires a strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service while also handling administrative tasks within the restaurant.

Responsibilities of Lead Crew Member:

Functions as the key contact person for SOH when management is not present.
Delivers training sessions, coaching sessions, and feedback to the front-of-house team.
At times, individuals may be required to take full control of managing a specific shift.
The floor of the restaurant will occupy the Lead Crew Member attention for about 95% of their working hours.
Supports new staff members by helping them adjust to their roles, completing onboarding tasks, and maintaining compliance with organizational rules.
May offer support in managing staffing needs if a team member is unable to attend work
Responsibilities include overseeing the processing of cash receipts, store receipts, and discounts, as well as balancing cash receipts with store bank funds
Adhere to any other responsibilities as requested. Suitable modifications may be implemented to assist individuals with disabilities in carrying out the key functions of the job.
Lead Crew Member must be able to remain calm under pressure when dealing with guests, staff, equipment problems, or emergency situations.
