Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled catering functions under the supervision of the Catering Captain. Ensures event execution meets expectations. May drive a catering delivery vehicle. Responsible for setup, service, cleanup, and returning supplies and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions.
• Log and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Set up tables, decorations, and buffet arrangements.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean event location during and after events.
• Return leftover food, equipment, and utensils to catering facility promptly.
• Distribute and collect guest feedback cards.
• Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
• Provide friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the menu and available products.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit.
