Required Skills and Experience:

Availability to work Monday through Saturday, typically from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience required.
Prior leadership experience in a kitchen is advantageous but not mandatory.
Adept at multitasking and managing teams to meet operational goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, and warm kitchen environment.
