Role and Responsibilities:

The Kitchen Staff role involves working behind the scenes to ensure that Chick-fil-A's high service standards are met. Your responsibilities include:

• Carry out tasks efficiently while ensuring all services align with the Chick-fil-A brand, values, and operator's vision.
• Drive operational excellence by executing tasks with speed and focus to enhance productivity.
• Sort, prep, and serve items at various food stations in adherence to Chick-fil-A guidelines.
• Promote a culture of clear, honest communication within the team and with supervisors.
• Stand for long periods of up to five hours while maintaining a high level of focus.
• Perform basic math and measurement tasks related to food preparation and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the restaurant, including tasks like mopping, sweeping, and equipment maintenance.
• Greet and acknowledge guests graciously, even when working in the kitchen.
• Organize and store received inventory in designated locations.
• Lift loads up to 45 pounds when necessary.
