Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will take charge of all operational aspects of the restaurant, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across every facet of service and management.

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain excellence in food quality, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and team performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff while building a workplace culture rooted in respect, enthusiasm, and collaboration.
  • Lead by example to promote exceptional hospitality and instill accountability throughout the team.
  • Enhance financial performance through strategic management of inventory, scheduling, and cost control measures for food and labor.
  • Define performance targets and execute strategies to drive profitability and operational success.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation requirements along with Wingstop policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and reinforce company values.
  • Collaborate with district and regional leadership to strengthen marketing efforts and community engagement.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and internal growth opportunities for team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience leading teams and operations in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably at Wingstop or a comparable brand.
  • Active and valid Food Manager Certification.
  • Active TABC Certification required.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to assigned locations.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Non-slip black shoes required as part of the uniform.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership abilities with a focus on team cohesion and problem-solving.
  • Commitment to creating memorable guest experiences and developing team talent.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
