As an Hourly Manager at Hardee's, you will be a key player in the daily operations of the restaurant, supporting the General Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be on the front lines, helping to guide the team, maintain high standards of quality and service, and ensure our customers have a great experience. You'll be a leader by example, helping with everything from training new staff to managing shifts and making sure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily management of restaurant operations, making sure company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service are consistently met.
• Lead and mentor the team during your shift, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Help with training new and existing employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs well.
• Support the General Manager in managing labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including managing cash drawers and preparing daily reports.

• Actively participate in resolving guest issues and handling customer feedback to ensure every guest leaves happy.
• Assist in preparing and submitting required reports and administrative paperwork.
