Basic Qualifications:

• Not requiring any prior experience
• Practice regular attendance and punctuality, whether accommodations are needed or not
• Open to working during different hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• - Abide by store policies and protocols, encompassing the provision of top-quality beverages and food options, cash management, and store safety and security measures, with or without accommodations
• Establish rapport with customers by actively listening and responding with clear and pleasant communication to address their needs
• Craft dishes and drinks following standard or altered recipes
• Undertake numerous duties within the store while on shift
• Capacity to promptly acquire new competencies and knowledge
• Proficiency in grasping and carrying out verbal and written guidance, along with a willingness to seek additional explanations when necessary
• Strong interpersonal skills
