Job Summary of Shift Leader:

This role supports daily store operations by encouraging a positive guest experience, maintaining product quality, and assisting with shift coordination. The position helps guide team members, promotes smooth workflow, and supports a friendly and efficient environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Shift Leader:

Assist with leading team members during assigned shifts to maintain smooth store operations
Encourage consistent guest service and product quality throughout each shift
Support training and coaching of new and existing staff
Ensure preparation areas remain clean, organized, and aligned with safety guidelines
Monitor task completion and help team members stay on track
Promote safe food handling and adherence to daily operational standards

Qualifications and Experience of Shift Leader:

Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is helpful
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable offering feedback and assisting with basic training
Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Flexible availability, including weekends or holidays

Salary:

Compensation ranges from 16.25 to 19.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
