Role and Responsibilities:

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience from the moment they enter. You will manage guest flow, handle reservations, and support team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

• Offer a friendly reception to each guest upon arrival
• Manage the roster of guests waiting for assistance or reservations
• Report guest complaints to the Manager as needed
• Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate recipient
• Support team members as required to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Approachable and friendly demeanor, prepared to greet guests warmly
• Ability to make swift decisions and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods without strain or fatigue
• Ability to safely lift and move trays of food as needed
• No prior experience necessary
