Job Summary of Crew:

This position provides the chance to be part of a team that prepares fresh, hand - crafted food daily while delivering an outstanding guest experience. Team members gain confidence through comprehensive training and the ability to work across multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The role focuses on collaboration, service excellence, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew:

• Prepare and cook fresh ingredients by hand, following company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a friendly dining environment.
• Work across different stations, including prep, kitchen, and cashier roles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following sanitation standards.
• Support team efficiency through collaboration and consistent performance.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines in daily operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew:

• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for teamwork and serving others.
• Willingness to learn food preparation and cooking skills.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate clearly in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
• No prior experience required; food service or hospitality experience is a plus.
