In your role as a Inventory Supervisor at Scooters Coffee, you hold a vital position within our team, responsible for ensuring that every shift is executed with precision and efficiency. Leading the Team:

• Guide and support team members effectively throughout your shift, ensuring everyone is informed about their designated tasks and obligations.
• Demonstrate exemplary behavior in customer service, product excellence, and speed, setting a shining example.
• Instill a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie among employees, establishing a pleasant and supportive setting to maintain their motivation and active participation.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Give top priority to customer satisfaction by greeting every guest warmly and ensuring that orders are precise and promptly delivered.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with a problem-solving mentality to proactively resolve any issues and mitigate discontent, thereby improving customer satisfaction.
• It is essential that we continue to prioritize delivering a convenient and satisfying drive-thru experience.

Entails monitoring and directing the activities and workflows during designated shifts to ensure efficiency and productivity:

• Maintain oversight of shift patterns, ensuring breaks are managed effectively to support staffing requirements and operational productivity.
• Carry out opening and closing tasks, including accurate handling of cash, cleaning assignments, and verification of inventory.
• Sustain a clean, structured, and fully stocked shop environment, giving significant attention to maintaining optimal health and safety standards.

Guaranteeing that products are of superior quality and demonstrate consistency is essential for meeting consumer expectations:

• Supervise the handling of food and preparation of beverages to maintain the high quality expected by Scooters Coffee.
• Stay vigilant about stock levels and communicate promptly with the Store Manager about any shortages or challenges.
• Regularly examine the functionality of machinery and promptly report any necessary maintenance to prevent disruptions.

Leadership & Communication:

• Keep the channels of communication open with your team, offering them support and feedback for their progression.
• Support the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and operational goals.
• Engage in proactive measures to identify and implement solutions that will optimize the efficiency of shifts.

• Make sure you are prepared to work during early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
