Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of Baskin-Robbins’ organic social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and cultural moments.
• Oversee the content calendar, including planning, timing, and posting across channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category Management, PR, Digital) to support integrated campaigns, product launches, and seasonal programs.
• Act as key point of contact for social media agency; Manage day-to-day activities, work with agency to develop and curate engaging content.
• Actively engage with the Baskin-Robbins social community, participating in real-time conversations and trends.
• Support social listening and surprise & delight opportunities to strengthen brand affinity.
• Use social analytics and reporting platforms (Sprinklr or similar social listening platform experience strongly preferred) to monitor performance, produce reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize content and engagement tactics based on data to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact.
• Monitor competitive performance to ensure Baskin-Robbins remains a leader in social.
• Assist with organic social components of brand campaigns, collaborations, and retail initiatives.
• Support administrative tasks related to organic social media activities.
• Stay agile and creative, with the ability to shoot dynamic social content and tailor it to each platform.

• Excellent project management skills (proficiency in Excel/PPT is key).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles (consumer brand experience preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with social listening, analytics, and community management tools.
• Strong creative instincts and ability to develop engaging, brand-right content.
