Job Summary of Crew Member:

You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the success of a fast-paced and exciting restaurant environment. Whether working at the counter or in the kitchen, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that guests receive a top-tier dining experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew Member:

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests by taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work in both the front-of-house (counter, lobby, and drive-thru) and kitchen, preparing fresh, high-quality meals in a timely manner.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the restaurant, including tables, floors, and kitchen equipment, to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for both guests and team members.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling food, ensuring quality standards and cleanliness are met.
• Collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly, completing tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Support restaurant managers in daily operations, from ensuring product availability to assisting in food preparation.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew Member:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation is a must to ensure timely arrival for scheduled shifts.
• No prior experience required; paid training is provided.

Salary:

$15 per hour - $30 per hour, based on experience.
