Job Summary of Crew Member / Prep - Morning Shift:

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic restaurant environment focused on serving fresh, responsibly sourced food prepared by hand daily. The position emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, supporting a positive team atmosphere, and learning multiple stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Crew Member / Prep - Morning Shift:

• Prepare and cook fresh food by hand in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all stations and work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve efficiency and consistency in daily operations.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Adapt to working in various roles, including cashier, prep, or kitchen stations, as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Crew Member / Prep - Morning Shift:

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Interest in learning cooking skills and food preparation techniques.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying positive.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
