Role and Responsibilities of Customer Service Crew Member:

As a Customer Service Crew Member at Wendy's, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, fast, and enjoyable experience for our guests. Whether you are working in the kitchen, preparing food, or interacting with customers in the dining area, your dedication to providing high-quality service and food will help uphold Wendy's reputation for excellence. You'll handle drive-thru, counter service, or kitchen depending on the shift while supporting your team and jumping in where needed. Key responsibilities include

  • Engage customers in a positive manner by offering a friendly greeting and excellent assistance.
