Team Leader

Job Summary of Team Leader:

This role is responsible for overseeing shift operations to ensure a smooth workflow, excellent guest experiences, and adherence to quality and operational standards. The position supports the management team in guiding and motivating the crew to achieve performance goals and maintain company standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Team Leader:

Supervise and coordinate shift activities to ensure fast, friendly, and energetic service.
Maintain quality control of products, ensuring all items meet company standards.
Deploy team members effectively, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Support goal setting, track operational metrics, and communicate results to the team.
Assist in training, coaching, and developing crew members to enhance skills and efficiency.
Step in wherever needed to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience of Team Leader:

Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or customer service preferred.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Ability to motivate and manage team members effectively.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
