Chick-fil-A is looking to hire Catering Delivery Specialists who can dedicate themselves to a flexible schedule, available for both part-time and full-time roles. A valid driver's license and being at least 18 years old are required qualifications for applicants. Delivery specialists will maintain Chick-fil-A's exceptional standards in professionalism, service quality, and attention to detail as valued team members.

Drivers will keep all the tips they receive, with no portion being withheld.

Candidates should be skilled in delivering Chick-fil-A's distinctive hospitality with an authentic and thoughtful demeanor. Excellent communication is essential for meeting and exceeding customer expectations, wherever they may be located.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A valid state-issued Driver's License is required
• Reliable, well-maintained transport (car insurance is required)
• Clean driving record with no more than one citation or incident in the past 3 years
• Smartphone is required for communication through the delivery app

Main Responsibilities:

• Transporting orders directly to customers' residences
• Ensure food packaging, presentation, and quality are upheld to enhance the customer experience
• Being punctual, having a positive attitude, and showing dedication are key to success in the role
