Job Summary of Chill Staff:

This role is responsible for assembling and presenting completed treat orders while maintaining clean, safe, and organized customer and work areas. The position ensures adherence to all restaurant safety and health standards and supports efficient, high - quality service in a fast - paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Chill Staff:

• Prepare and assemble treat products quickly and accurately according to restaurant procedures and health standards.
• Stock, rotate, and organize inventory in work and customer areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, service, and preparation areas, including counters, tables, restrooms, and trash receptacles.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely, following established guidelines.
• Communicate effectively and politely with co - workers to ensure correct order fulfillment and smooth workflow.
• Support team operations to ensure consistent quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Complete prep work for daily operations and assist with chill area setup and breakdown.
• Move and handle food, paper products, and cleaning materials safely, including items up to 50 pounds.
• Report problems or unusual situations promptly to management or shift leaders.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Chill Staff:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a fast - paced food service or customer - facing role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly in a high - volume environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
