Qualifications:

• Possessing a minimum of three years of retail or customer service management experience, or having served for four or more years in the U.S. military
• It is imperative to have a High School diploma or an equivalent credential for eligibility
• Shown proficiency in leading teams and developing their full potential
• Skilled in interpersonal interactions, coordination of activities, and finding solutions
• Direct involvement in a sales-centric or entrepreneurial atmosphere
• Being able to adapt to a varied work schedule, which may involve early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
