Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal atmosphere for celebrating all-out fun.
• Keep immediate supervisor promptly informed of any significant issues or unusual matters.
• Take swift corrective action when necessary or suggest alternative approaches.
• Cultivate a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Adhere to the company's sanitation protocols.
• Assess guest demeanor and identify situations that require a manager's attention.
• Warmly greet all incoming guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage guest flow and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Direct guests to their tables or to other areas of the facility.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the facility layout and common guest inquiries.
• Work quickly and efficiently, maintaining a proactive approach to guest needs.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and waiting areas.
• Support other team members as needed or as business demands.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by being attentive and responsive to their initial needs.
• Keep the greeting station clean and organized.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all other company team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment, promoting high morale, productivity, and efficiency.
• Listen attentively to guest inquiries and needs, and communicate clearly with guests verbally and with other team members.
