Role and Responsibilities:

As a Billing Clerk, you will ensure accurate financial transactions, maintain organized records, and assist in the smooth functioning of daily accounting and billing operations.

• Accurately process customer payments and maintain up-to-date billing records.
• Prepare invoices, verify amounts, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and reporting to support accounting functions.
• Balance cash drawers and record end-of-day totals for reconciliation purposes.
• Ensure compliance with Wingstop's financial and operational policies.
• Provide exceptional service when interacting with guests or vendors, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and protect sensitive company information.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment by supporting daily administrative and operational needs.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards within the restaurant environment when handling payment or order-related interactions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in billing, cashiering, or restaurant operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, spreadsheets, and basic accounting software.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Salary:

• Monthly earnings range from 13,000 to 20,000, based on experience, skills, and shift flexibility.
