Our franchise organization, John Gomez Enterprises, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!Entering and leaving Golden Corral are two of the most critical moments in the guest's experience because lasting impressions are formed during these moments. The Host's interactions with our guests and these impressions ultimately dictate whether the guest will return.

Guest Service:

• Offers a warm welcome to arriving guests and extends a heartfelt invitation to return upon their departure.
• Renders aid to visitors who may need help during their stay.
• Manages the fulfillment of GC To Go orders efficiently.
• Polite and genial in telephone interactions.
• Handles payments accurately.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and acts in accordance with role responsibilities in just-in-time delivery.
• Understands the offerings available on the buffet each day and is well-versed in the menu options and their respective prices.

Cleanliness:

• Ensures tidiness and orderliness in the vestibule, host/cashier station, and adjacent areas.
• Support is needed to oversee the correct setup of the buffet and ensure the accuracy of labels, as well as cleaning all buffet stations and their immediate areas.
• Adheres to regulations set forth by the regional health authority.
• Organizes duty rotations to ensure compliance with cleanliness, service, and quality standards.

Operational Excellence:

• Notifies the manager about when the money in the till needs to be transferred to the safe to decrease the threat of robbery.
• Verifies that the drawer's total matches the daily paperwork.
