Role and Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager Associate, you will collaborate with management to lead team members, optimize operations, and uphold Wingstop's commitment to excellence in service and product quality. Focus on enhancing guest satisfaction while promoting a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including guest experience, food preparation, store presentation, and inventory management.
Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of team members, providing feedback and mentorship for professional growth.
Ensure that all food safety regulations, company standards, and store policies are consistently met.
Help plan and manage production schedules, staff shifts, inventory orders, and administrative duties such as payroll and expense tracking.
Oversee custom orders, ensuring efficient coordination and on-time fulfillment for individual and corporate customers.
Manage store opening and closing duties, including cash register accuracy and end-of-day reconciliations.
Assist with local marketing and community engagement efforts to strengthen brand visibility and customer loyalty.

The Store Manager Associate role is a full-time position requiring schedule flexibility, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A typical workweek averages 42 hours, increasing to 55 hours during peak seasons or holiday periods as needed to support operational demands.
