Job Duties and Responsibilities of Operations Manager:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day - to - day performance.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve service and performance goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Operations Manager:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior management or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem - solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods in a fast - paced environment.
