Utility Worker Key Responsibilities:

• Cleanse and sterilize dishes, cups, cutlery, cookware, and pans with the aid of dishwashing machinery.
• Ensure that all dishware and utensils are washed, dried, and stored correctly to cater to the needs of guests and the team.
• Ensure cleanliness is upheld in all areas of the kitchen, dining sections, restroom facilities, and behind-the-scenes locations.
• Ensure daily tidying and organization in the utility space.
• Routinely clean and disinfect kitchen and utility floors by sweeping and mopping.
• Preserve the cleanliness of the loading dock and dumpster vicinity by managing trash removal and sanitation efforts.
• Carry out regular deep-cleaning responsibilities according to the established schedule.
• Comply with the regulations specified by the local health department and adhere to the safety protocols implemented by the company.
• Refill Cook, Line, and Server stations with fresh plates, utensils, and drinking glasses.
• Immediate notification to the Manager is necessary for addressing any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness standards while working efficiently to meet peak hour demands.
• Contribute to exceptional guest satisfaction by consistently ensuring the cleanliness of dishes and dining areas.
• Assist the restaurant staff by delivering clean dishes and utensils promptly.

Utility Worker Qualifications:

• Demonstrating aptitude for operating efficiently in a rapid work setting without compromising on cleanliness standards.
