Role and Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience with food handling processes and knowledge of HACCP protocols.
- Minimum of twelve months of relevant cooking experience, preferably in casual dining.
- Proficiency in a variety of culinary techniques including soup preparation, sautéing, broiling, frying, and pantry management.
- Ability to understand and follow recipes, guidelines, and culinary protocols while maintaining effective communication with team members and guests.
- Physical ability to handle items up to 40 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, rotating, and prolonged standing.
- Frequent contact with heated surfaces, knives, cooking equipment, and hot serving plates.
- Regular exposure of hands to water or cleaning solutions to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
