Role and Responsibilities:

As an Area Manager at Wingstop, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial performance. This position is designed for an experienced professional with a strong background in restaurant management who can lead teams, optimize business processes, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining compliance and operational standards.

• Oversee multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational consistency, exceptional food quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor management teams to build a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Lead by example by delivering hospitality excellence and empowering team members to take ownership of their performance.
• Maximize financial efficiency through inventory management, labor scheduling, and ordering processes to control costs.
• Monitor financial health across locations, establish performance goals, and execute strategies to increase profitability and operational success.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations as well as company policies.
• Conduct regular leadership meetings to align objectives, strengthen communication, and reinforce company values.
• Collaborate with district and regional leaders to implement marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives.
• Manage guest feedback professionally and promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and career growth across all managed locations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations or large-scale food service operations, with prior Wingstop experience preferred.
• Valid Food Manager Certification required.
• Current TABC Certification required.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned restaurant locations.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Adherence to company dress standards, including slip-resistant black shoes.
• Proficiency in English required; bilingual abilities in Spanish are an asset.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment.
• Commitment to mentoring managers, enhancing guest experiences, and driving continuous improvement.
