Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and guarantee that they have a positive and memorable encounter at Wingstop.
• Accurately record orders through the POS system, whether taken in-person or over the phone.
• Understand and endorse the full menu lineup, which features sauces, new additions, and limited-time promotions.
• Make sure to follow all safety procedures when preparing and cooking bone-in wings, boneless wings, chicken strips, and fries.
• Adhere to Wingstop guidelines to determine the precise amounts of portions and sauces for each order.
• Ensure that the wings and fries are cooked with precise timing to ensure they are at their best when served.
• Wrap and exhibit edibles in an appealing and sanitized method.
• Ensure that the kitchen and workspaces are consistently clean and well-kept during your shift.
• Implement safety procedures and wear suitable protective gear when renewing and straining fryer oil daily.
• Collaborate with peers and follow guidelines from leaders and supervisors.
• Handle guest criticism in a professional manner and escalate if the situation calls for it.
• Implement procedures that promote the safe handling of food, uphold hygiene standards, and apply cleaning chemicals appropriately.
• Qualifications and Experience:
• Having one year of professional kitchen experience, cooking, or as a line cook background is advantageous for this role.
• Past exposure to restaurant or cashier duties can be advantageous.
• Meeting the requirement of a valid Food Handler Certification is a must.
• Skill in understanding and adhering to regulations regarding food safety, hygiene, and cleaning practices.
• Fundamental math knowledge and proficiency in managing currency are key skills.
• Being able to lift up to 25 lbs and work standing for long periods is a fundamental requirement for this role.

Salary:

Compensation ranges from 14,000 to 22,000 each month, with variances depending on experience, availability for different shifts, and the geographical setting
