Role and Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks within a high-speed environment.
• Organize work rotations to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise key production areas, including ingredient preparation, coating process, and final assembly.
• Ensure food packaging, presentation, and product quality meet Chick-fil-A standards.
• Use internal data to monitor and enhance service excellence and accuracy.
• Assist the Director of the Kitchen and Training in resolving challenges and devising improvement strategies.
• Enforce strict food safety and cleanliness protocols in the kitchen.
• Monitor employee performance to ensure service speed and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and well-managed dining room, parking area, and restaurant space.
• Encourage team members to take ownership of their actions and comply with dress code, grooming standards, and company protocols.
• Stay open to feedback and continuously improve both individually and as a team.
• Remain composed and productive in high-pressure situations while maintaining high standards.
• Implement disciplinary actions promptly when necessary to uphold company policies and ensure accountability.
• Consistently follow all company protocols and procedures.

Pay Rate:

The starting wage for this position is $23.50 per hour.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work full-time, with a 30-40 hour weekly commitment
• Must be available to work on Saturdays
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience is required
• Possess a positive, enthusiastic outlook
• Dedication to helping others and providing exceptional service
• Attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to accomplish tasks with urgency and clear direction
• Reliable transportation is required
