Responsibilities:

• The Key Supervisor position is a dynamic role that supports the daily operations and staff of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the financial success of the restaurant by building sales and achieving profitability targets.
• Provide working supervision to team members during opening and closing shifts to ensure that company standards are consistently met and improved.
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, fostering a warm and welcoming environment that encourages team members to perform at their peak.
• Maximize the restaurant's financial performance through productive, guest-focused shifts.
• Execute restaurant opening and/or closing procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
• Offer supervisory support during shifts as needed, not limited to opening or closing duties.
• Skillfully handle and resolve guest complaints to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
