Role and Responsibilities:

As a Dishwasher at Red Robin, you're an integral part of the heart-of-house team. You'll be responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation by washing dishes and keeping food prep areas hygienic. Additionally, you may assist with food prep and follow proper food safety protocols. Your key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Washing, disinfecting, and organizing kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, and utensils.
• Assisting with food prep tasks when required.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Providing support to the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Applicants must be 17 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Willingness to take on various roles within the restaurant and contribute to different functions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $12.02 to $14.49 for 40 hours per week.
